What if I have a problem after I’ve purchased a MAVRON unit?
If you have a problem, the first thing to do is to give us a phone call. MAVRON prisoner transport units are warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of three years, and animal transport units for two years. If your unit is still under warranty and needs professional repair, we will make arrangements to take care of the problem. Even if your unit is no longer under warranty, feel free to call us for advice.
